I’ve spent 4 years freelancing, consulting and being an advisory board member since leaving Tesco. Working predominantly in the retail sector helping well-known brands understand their customers better, and build stronger relationships with them through proposition development, and one to one targeted marketing communications and experience. As a previous Tesco Clubcard Director loyalty scheme design and economics are a particular favourite.”
